@dpman72 A lot better. I am doing a more healthier diet. The results are far less pain and softer bowels. Yeah! I’m taking care of the hemmorhoids by using creams and soon a suppository. I probably will deal with em with a surgeon one day to finally get rid of em.

.I was just wondering…some people say that having stool in your body for a long period of time can be either good or bad on the body.Good being it is in there for en extended period of time so the nutrience can all be obsorbed.OR its a bad thing because everything good has been removed by your body allready and the stool left is toxic..as the body has allready flushed out all the nutrience.If you could anser that-that would be great.


Jini…. very helpful information.I myself suffer from constipation due to medication.I have tried a few over the counter constipation meds but they dont work.Ive tried the fiber thing and even lots of water.I can go anywhere between a week to ten days in between movements

wtf? Jason, what nation do you live in? In the United States, they can’t share your medical information with anyone but your parents (until you’re 18). I would assume most other places would be that way as well. Anyhow, if you’ve been constipated for ages, you should definitely get it checked out. Survival is more important that whether your school knows.

I was always taught to pull my pants down before “going.” I thought everyone did…??? How exactly do you expect to have a bowel movement with your pants on? That must make quite a mes when doing the laundry. Even then - if you’re going to “go” in your pants, you don’t even need a toilet - you could just “go” on a chair for crying out loud. Sure - people may relieve constipation from watching this, but they’ll sure make a mess in their underwear/pants. LOL!


I always have trouble going to the washroom. I took laxatives today and I’ve been shitting up a storm. It’s not good but I only take laxatives when I’m really constipated.

I’m 38 and I have suffered with constipation on and off for the last 10 years. 6 years ago I had to go to hospital due to severe constipation, they gave me an enema and 3hrs after I shat the world out of my ass. The nurse told me about different sitting positions when on the toilet. I tried several and the one that I stick to is the plain squat position. I tend to use this position when not constipated now. I very rarely suffer with constipation anymore. DON’T EAT JUNK FOOD TO EXCESS.
