Paul man, you rock. ordered the book how to eat ……,
Can’t wait until it comes.rock on

Hey, wild hominoidea don’t sit on their ass all day either. They don’t cook their food also. Probably there are many other factors that make it tough to compare us and them regarding fiber and constipation. As far as fruit, leafy greens, & sprouts ending constipation– I’m sure they would greatly help but i’m also sure there are factors that could negate their benefits.

‘fiber is not the end? all of constipation’
Other wild hominoidea don’t have constipation epidemics like humans and eat more fiber and <5% dry weight food as fat, naturally requiring little. Humans can also reduce constipation with high fat. The slight soluble fiber in succulent fruit, leafy greens, sprouts, flowers ends constipation, i.e. ‘the end all of constipation’.
‘Like the right balance of good bacteria’ The above food also ends putrefaction dysbiosis, promoting beneficial bacteria.

Ok, Chrisisms, we seem to agree. However…….fiber is not the end all of constipation. Our gut needs more than just fiber to help move things along. Like the right balance of good bacteria and proper fats or oils to lubricate also.
The thing is that Paul Chek is not a phony salesperson. He is very dedicated and well read on many health topics.

‘he is not a medical doctor. That being said, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know’
Regarding constipation, all products without fiber contribute. Perhaps he has personal experience with an exclusionary diet (before/after), then he could at least serve a personal account to support a type of food or not.
‘doctors know very little about health’
True, they don’t live much longer than the avg sick culturist.
’solutions are usually worse than the disease (treating symptoms only with drugs’
True.

@Chrisisms , You’re right, he is not a medical doctor. That being said, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know what he is talking about. Unfortunately, our doctors know very little about health and their solutions are usually worse than the disease (treating symptoms only with drugs). You can stick to your doctors as your only source of medical advice but I’ll gladly look outside their world.

@jmonza this guy is not a medical doctor and has no business given others medical advice. i am sure he his a great personal trainer who is an expert on proper weight lifting? technique. however people like him should not be permitted to give medical advice or evaluate peoples physical condition. i know that the high costs of health care and general attitudes of many doctors have forced a lot of people to seek others sources, but lets get reel this guy is an excellent salesman thats it’
True.

Psuedoscience! Although some of what he says has some basis, unfortunately physiology and digestive health is not as simple as he explains it, so his logic and metaphors are reaching at best.

psyllium

monkeys/blarg

i agree. 2-3 times is still normal.

actually, if he’s pooping every day then he’s probably not full of shit

haha i made a funny

This guy is full of shit. Not everyone needs to take a shit everyday and its perfectly healthy to go 2-3 times a week. Everyone is different. Besides studies have been done and there is no proof that any harmful gases build up to an unsafe level if your going 2-3 times a week at the least.

I am trying to share your knowledge with my brother in law who “has no time to eat healthy.” I let him see your video on America as a constipated society and not only did he enjoy it but he agreed that he often passes feces once a day or once every other day. He hasn’t come full circle yet but I’ve got his wife on the program so its only a matter of time.

Interesting feedback your receiving from this video. Although it seems like a rough topic to cover, your explanation is great. People are resistent because they don’t know about you. They should look at your website for eh CHEK Institute

very nice video, for the so called trained people who go to the bathroom every other day. and they are sad in side them

jmonza: That is absolutely incorrect information. This man is a holistic practitioner and is providing a wealth of factual information. He also does not lecture on weight lifting as you claim. What exactly is he selling here? Free info? It would be in your best interest to research things a bit more before posting comments like that.
