How to Poop Properly (The End of Constipation?) TBoSS #7

www.tobeofservice.ca John Daly here, So many people come into my store talking to me about their battles with constipation so I thought I’d tackle a more avant-garde subject today: bowel movements. Creating the squat position and following the ‘gastrocolic reflex’ we can become much more regular, as well as have more complete bowel movements. This will keep our system in a cleaner state which leads to more energy, mental clarity and a greater sense of well-being. (Did I mention colon cancer is preventable?) Water, Fiber, Physical Movement, enzyme-rich food (mostly raw/living foods), and relaxation are excellent adjuncts to the all-mighty squat. Rate this video and leave any feedback!

@Chaingangsoldiernit yeah, i have congestion (& smelling difficulties) so i can’t smell it. but i’m getting better becuz i drink mad water a day (about 6-8 cups of water), and eat fruits and veggies with all my meals. It helps a lot.

I’m embarrassed but happy to say that after watching your video & using that technique I was able to have an awesome bowel movement. I was in agony for a few hours this morning doing the wrong postions. You rock!!!


It helps also if you incorporate foods that will enhance a healthier bowel movement. Since I have been incorporating more raw foods I have had more than one bowel movement a day verses every few days. and it’s only been a week.
